This Privacy and Security Agreement ("Agreement") governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information and data while using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

This includes your name, contact number, basic demographic information such as age, sex, and address, and your farming practices information such as rice varieties, planting methods, cropping seasons, and expenses related to farming operations. We may collect this information when you sign up or use the app, or it is automatically collected through your app usage and interactions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
All information collected will be treated as private and confidential, and solely use for the purpose of improving and customizing our services. This includes providing you with relevant content, recommendations, and notifications, and to assist you in tracking and managing your farming costs.
Your personal data is stored in secured databases managed by PhilRice. We implement administrative, physical, technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but strive to protect your information to the best of our ability.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can adjust your data preferences within your account settings.
PhilRice shall only retain your information for only 10 years or as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes.
By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this Agreement.
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Agreement.
